It is essential to provide accurate passenger weights when making your reservation. If the combined weight of a group reaches the limit of 500 pounds, a weight verification will be conducted before the flight. Those weighing 300 pounds or more are unfortunately unable to participate due to aircraft capacity restrictions. Should a flight be canceled because the weight limits are surpassed, either for an individual or the group, the full fare will be charged.
