New to off-trail snowshoeing? Let Tahoe Outdoor Adventures lead the way and teach you fun snowshoeing techniques and tricks. All tours include instruction. Wear winter boots and powder/ski pants to keep your feet and legs dry while snowshoeing
Departure
All of our tours depart from various locations in the area of South Lake Tahoe.
• You will meet your guide at the trailhead where you will start and finish your tour..
• Exact tour locations vary depending on weather, snowpack, and group ability levels. Our tour sites are within 10-20 minutes of anywhere in South Lake Tahoe.
Return
We will return to the same place where we started.
Location
Snowshoeing tours take place in the areas around South Lake Tahoe. We determine the location for each tour by weather, snowpack, and groups ability level for each tour. We will let you know as soon as we know, usually 24 hours before your tour date.

• No dogs. If you wish to bring your dog please choose the private snowshoe tour option.

• Waterproof boots and pants are available for rent through Tahoe Outdoor Adventures by calling our office.
• Please reserve sizes by calling us to make your reservation ahead of time. Limited sizes are available.
Small backpacks for personal items and water are available to rent for $3.00. Please contact us before your tour date. You may also Venmo us @tahoeoutdoor.
